Unlimited Property Solutions is a Carolina One Property Management Company servicing the greater Wilmington NC area and provides many of the same services that a typical property management company might provide. However, what makes us different is we can customize our management team and services to accommodate most every homeowner. Whether the out of town client with one property in need of management or the investor with a large portfolio, our team will provide management services customized to fit your needs.
We strive to keep a personalized approach to our management by providing our owners and tenants with the security and peace of mind they need from their property management team. We achieve this through solid owner and tenant communications, tenant screenings and placement, property maintenance, inspections, financial statements and overall superior customer service. The innovative software used at Unlimited Property Solutions allows us to provide marketing that reaches deeper, makes maintenance follow up a breeze and produces accounting that eases the pain of “Tax Time”.
Lee is a Wilson, NC native and a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville. He pursued his dream in real estate right out of school and has always felt like it was his passion. Building a portfolio of residential rental properties in the Wilson market, Lee purchased a self-storage facility and operated that business for 10 years before selling to an Ohio-based self-storage firm.
While developing the storage business, Lee took over a Wilson-based real estate firm and served as broker in charge and qualifying broker for several years. This firm had over 50 years of combined agent experience with a solid reputation in representing customers in the Wilson market. After leaving Wilson for Wilmington, NC he soon opened and expanded real estate services to the Wilmington market. Real Estate Sales & Property Management continue to be the focus, as managing a firm on one of the most desirable locations in the country has been a dream for Lee. Carolina One Properties has surpassed $75 million annually in sales for each of the last 3 years, while the management team has overseen the growth of Unlimited Property Solutions growth of 300% in the last 3 years. He can help residential and commercial buyers as well as list properties in the greater Wilmington area. He is a husband, father of three, and an Ironman Triathlete.
Teaching is also a passion for Lee. He serves as the Director of Education for a local real estate school he purchased in 2014. He looks forward to connecting with students and helping them reach their full real estate potential in Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, or CE classes with Southern Choice Real Estate Academy based out of Wilmington, NC.
Eva grew up in Northeastern, NC and attended college at East Carolina University. In 2000, she took her first multifamily management position as a Leasing Agent with an apartment community in Charleston, SC. From there she escalated to Property Manager of a 400+ unit community, which moved her to Wilmington.
Eva now calls Wilmington home, after being here since 2002. Her passion for the coast, love for the sun and beaches has helped her fit right in. She has a passion for volunteering with her church and helping make an impact on the community. Her husband is a Wilmington native and they have been married for 20 years and have one son who aspires to have a career in automotive racing industry.
Eva left the multi-family industry after obtaining her NC Real Estate License in 2005 and moved into the Single Family Residential scene. This is where she flourished because she was challenged with a variety of properties, property owners and personalities - it was not all onsite and the same. Again moving her way up to Property Manager with a smaller local firm she learned and enhanced her leadership skills. After a few years of working for the smaller firm, she took another leap over to the largest property management firm in southeastern North Carolina. She worked her way from a Business Development Assistant to overseeing the Maintenance Department and finally took over the General Manager position. After 13 years, it was time for something different but wanting to stay in the property management industry, Eva took a position with a national vendor for property managers and worked remote. Now, she calls Unlimited Property Solutions home as Broker in Charge & General Manager, loves working back in the office with people and loves her team!
Reasons she loves property management; building the trust and relations with her owner and tenants, learning something new every day, constantly thinking and moving, the accomplishment of helping property owner's improve their property condition, and lastly the satisfaction of helping customers and solving their issues. Eva takes pride in everything she does from work to home life. She is a nurturing and caring person with an honest and genuine personality.
Laura calls North Carolina home, the Charlotte area. Laura's father was in the US Air Force, so after residing in a few interesting places like Alaska, they settled in NC. She attended Appalachian State University and after college, married her best friend and moved to Wilmington. They have been here on the coast now for nearly 30 years!
Laura has pursued a successful career in residential Property Management and has her North Carolina Real Estate License. She is also a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).
Her background consists of multi-family property management with onsite management and the single family rental management side. Laura has held a variety of positions such as Property Manager for large multi-family corporations, accounting and her passion lies in maintenance! She worked for one of the largest single family rental management companies in southeastern NC, began as a Maintenance Coordinator, moved to Property Manager managing a portfolio of about 200 rental homes, then to Director of Property Management. She possesses a strong financial background which helps ensure owners understand their income and expenses. She also holds a passion for customer service and never leaves a stone unturned or anyone unattended. Her commitment and work ethic cannot be matched!
In her off time, she enjoys traveling exotic places and when home locally she enjoys the beach and boating with her hubby on the Intracoastal Waterway! Unlimited Property Solutions is grateful to have her on our team!
Beth is a true native New Yorker from the upstate Mid Hudson Valley area but since 2020 has enjoyed living in North Carolina. She fell in love with the southeastern coast after visiting her own beach house on Topsail Island with her family of 3 girls and had been doing so since 1996. So, when the opportunity came to move here to be closer to her family, she made the move! Beth went to school at Ulster County Community College and obtained a degree in Business. Beth has 30 plus years of experience in business development, retail management and business ownership all in her home area of Mid Hudson Valley. She is a highly motivated self-starter that takes ownership, is results driven, professional, reliable and most importantly for our industry offers exceptional communication skills.
Beth joined our team in 2025 as our Assistant Property Manager. Even though being new to the Property Management industry, her exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail have helped her flourish in this role. She came to us with a background in banking. Beth was a Relationship Banker here in Wilmington at First Citizens and held several positions such as Mortgage Loan Specialist with M & T Bank in New York. Beth is also quite the entrepreneur and was a business owner in health & fitness, and skin & beauty; she also was part owner of a commercial HVAC business and a modular home building company.
In Beth's free time, she enjoys gardening, working in her yard and working on her own rental home. She is a family centric individual and loves spending time with her daughters Kristina, Kelly and Kayla and is the proud grandmother of 7. Beth also loves going to the beach, exercising and boating!
